“The security guard should have fired through the door and took a few of them out. I guarantee the cops would have showed up!”

I heard that the security guard seemed ambivalent about the whole thing, and it was later realized he was also “from the same union”. At least he locked the door and stood there, doing the right thing.

Why would a guard at a bank belong to a government employee union? I do not believe the police were called and they never showed up. That in it self is a crime. Why would a policeman risk jail time for a cheep protest? I have worked on bank security system and know a little about this.

With respect to the guard, he knew they were safe inside those doors. Think about it for a moment before you go off castigating the guard.
