I think he was referring to the mortgage and student loan “strikes” not being associated with SEIU. The protests of JPM/Chase would be pretty hard to disassociate with the unions since very few other groups do that sort of thing.

They’re delusional, overconfident bastards. And I don’t like the thought that my comments regarding these traitors could be deemed radical — that bothers me more.

“The security guard should have fired through the door and took a few of them out. I guarantee the cops would have showed up!”

I heard that the security guard seemed ambivalent about the whole thing, and it was later realized he was also “from the same union”. At least he locked the door and stood there, doing the right thing.

A few years ago they picketed Group Health across from my apartment.

They were having their children march and chant with them.

Frankly, they were much less pleasant than the Pride Parade...and that’s saying a lot.

We all wondered who his private army would be. Now we know.

No kidding...when will everyone wake up (from this nightmare!) and see what's going on.

O's civilian army = SEIU

I don’t think so. I’ve been over the relevant portions of the tape and transcript and my impression is that associating any of this with the unions was to be avoided as being a PR disaster for the unions. That’s a broad-based principle that cannot reasonably be confined to only the later stages of the Lerner Action to which you refer.

The idea is that the localized bank protests stir up a high level of visibility, then the appropriate spokespersons will leverage all that free media access into a broader call for mortgage and other loan strikes. But Lerner generalizes about the covertness of union involvement, and doesn’t distinguish the early phase from the final phase, and strategically, from his perspective, that would be the only way to go. I’m still smelling something funny here.

FBI jurisdiction is limited; if you are a national bank, it will investigate a robbery. However, if some vagabond decides to camp in your doorway and piss on your front window, that is a state offense, and the FBI will have nothing to do with it. The mob at the door is likewise a state offense, at least until they loot the cash window.

My suspicion is Lerner plans on using students. They get hurt then parents will sue.

Beck is right. These people are evil.

Why would a guard at a bank belong to a government employee union? I do not believe the police were called and they never showed up. That in it self is a crime. Why would a policeman risk jail time for a cheep protest? I have worked on bank security system and know a little about this.

>> Obama has his army. And its the Unions.

He doesn’t have the union membership in its entirety. The members may enjoy their benefits, but I’m confident most are not of the commie kind. It is the commie’s goal to splinter off the majority from traditional Americanism. Those scumbags are dreamin’ — ain’t gonna’ happen.

SEIU needs to be put in its place and soon. They are completely out of control and braking laws. They need to be sued, arrested, etc.

Now everyone does nknow that SEIU and ACORN are one in the same? Started by the same person Wade Rathke, share the same offices, and Acorn now acts on its agenda through SEIU directly.

That is why you have all those “low income” hoodlum types at all these Union rallies..they are Acorn people.

“Why would a guard at a bank belong to a government employee union? “

Not sure, not sure. Just telling it like I think I heard it. What else I recall is that theis branch does not usually have a guard at the bank, and that two regualr customers who were there earlier realized something was up and inquired why there was one there that day. Apparently, these two men were there as the time was approaching and were asked to leave so the bank would be free of customers.

I’m not sure SEIU only has public employees as members. Is that accurate? It may also be, if I’m not mistaken, that it was an LEO who has a side job in security. Don’t know. Just trying to convey the story as best I can. It didn’t make much sense to me either except in light of the Lerner tape, and in light of the fact that the bits and pieces I heard from the different sources there certainly seemed to be telling the same story.

Hey, Stephen Lerner may have a job opening for you this summer - don’t miss the opportunity, big boy.

SEIU is also in the private industry. If my memories serves me correctly, I believe they started in the hotel, housekeeping, office cleaning type of industries. And like any cancer left untreated, they have spread. In the state of MI, they are also in the healthcare/hospital industry representing “professionals” such as RNs

I'll bet a little bit of this would have cleared the bank lobby in a hurry.
