Hit the link, you will see in the extended article that the man/pimp she was with was charged with unlawful restraint.

In other words, she was the victim of unlawful restraint when they crossed the U.S. border - she was being held against her will.

That you are too lazy to do so, or too idiotic to understand what “unlawful restraint” means, that is hardly my inability to provide you “proof” that she was forced (unlawfully restrained) to cross the border.

I will type this really slow, since you seem to be unable to understand what I am saying.

First, unlawful restraint is NOT the same as forcing someone at gunpoint to enter the USA illegally. Restraint, for those of you in Rio Linda, means being confined to a specific place. Crossing the border illegally, by definition, is not restraint.

So again, could you please provide proof, any proof, that this criminal was forcibly smuggled across the border into the USA? Or are you going to continue throwing tantrums?
