Have certainly have had problems with brick and mortar university grads on occasion. One in particular was so awful in terms of basic knowledge in her major field that it completely stunned me. I have been wary of recommending the hiring other folks from that University ever since. This particular person was eased out the door after about 12 months and wouldn't you know it, went to work for the government.

I didn’t mean to offend anyone. Within the scope of my experience, the online-prepared master’s grads were unable to perform as well as the traditionally-educated grads.
