I served for over 30 years it is best to see how things play out. I have been to the briefs if you join you are required to leave your morals at the gate to basic training. The briefed started with we understand some Christian do not approve of the gay lifestyle “we are sensitive”. It was followed this is the law accept it or get out when your contract expires.
