Good point well said. Diplo-speak in letters is how it's done there. Perhaps we're so used to crassness we can't recognize a professional business letter as an effective tool anymore. I'm no Boehner fan but when you read between the lines this letter is actually right to the point.
But, people, can we get off the "Impeach him!" kick? Impeachment is carried out IN THE SENATE. Harry Reid is NOT going to impeach Obama, ok? Give it a rest.

The Senate holds the trial with the Chief Justice presiding. They either convict or acquit and then remove if found guilty.
However, I do agree, the Senate will not find him guilty.

Back to civics class for you. Impeachment is carried out in the lower house with a vote to convict carried out in the senate.
