I don’t think she will run, but having some Romney hack roll out and push her decision either way is BS. We all know how irrelevant Bill is. Just read the mindless nitwittery that passes for Conservatism at the Weakly Substandard.
I think she’ll run because it’s the best way for her to continue advocating her vision for America. Her Republican opponents for the nomination will be strengthened by competing with Palin. Also she has a large block of voters that will listen closely to her recommendations should she not be the nominee.
