Mussolini yes, Hitler no. He and Stalin are in an entirly different zone of crazy. Sociopathic and tyrannical absolutely, indecisive and swayed by public opinion no. Hitler never phoned in a war. If anything he micromanaged it and refused to listen to others, even when they knew a lot better than he did what was going on. And that was a good thing for us since the little corporal wasn't much of a general.
