Black Smoke Rising From Japan's Crippled Nuclear Plant
TOKYO (Kyodo)--Black smoke has been seen rising from the No. 3 reactor at Japan's stricken nuclear power station, its operator Tokyo Electric Power Co. (9501) said Wednesday.

There are quakes in Japan practically every day . In fact we had one here in Kumamoto this morning - but only a 3 .

I heard on NHK TV that the smoke may be due to grease burning that is used to lubricate mechanical machines. But with all the suppressed information that the Japanese have withheld and or delayed I’d say they are about as accurate as the weatherman here which is about 60% accurate 15% of the time.
