My guess: Sad she couldn’t stay a few more years, use some sort of overtime or sick day scam and collect double her salary—for life. Like others said, put a $40K cap on it and let them do the 401k thing like others.

I read an article somewhere yesterday that said in Oshkosh, teachers have 180 workdays......and 90 NINETY! personal? days! I guess she wants to continue THAT scam!
