I don’t “expect” 4 to come back, but as a reminder, it didn’t melt, because it was shut down at the time — all of it’s problems have been with the used rod pool, which is really just a big bathtub and could be replaced without much difficulty if damaged by the seawater.
I haven’t heard of anything being injected into the unit 4 reactor.
