Bush had 43 coalition countries while Obama has a big 5. Bush had 17 UN Resolutions before he went into Iraq, Obama has 1 before he rushed into Libya. Bush overthrew the Dictator he said he would, Obama is just a dog with no bite.

And most importantly, he discussed and cleared it with congress first. His first responsibility should be to the United States, not the United Nations.
