Renters Paradise found my high quality tenant for me in less than 30 days from my moveout. It was an Ohio couple that moved South. Do they have Renters Paradise where you’re at?

“There is just no encouraging news to report”

Nonsense.
Haven’t you heard how well Obama did with his NCAA bracket?

This is great news. Now’s the time to buy. If I had a cool million, I’d definitely have a 2nd home in FL.

The drop in tax revenues is going to have to come from somewhere, and insurance isn't going to get any cheaper. I had friends who were paying 8K for home insurance after Wilma. It dropped over the years, but who's to say they won't raise it again in a heartbeat?

I moved from Florida to West Virginia several years ago.

I pay about $4000 a year in state income tax which I did not have in FL.

But when I add up the savings in property tax, homeowners insurance and car insurance, I'm easily $6,000 to the good every year.

A lot of this is because of hurricane insurance...many with second homes just gave it to the bank..people up north who want to move out cannot sell there homes...when Obama is gone things may improve not til then..
