"Donald Trump is ready to shell out $600 million of his own cash to become ensure Øbozo is reelected President."

A tad bit more accurate.

I mean, part of the beauty of me is that I'm very rich. So if I need $600 million, I could put up $600 million myself. That's a huge advantage.

Chump change compared to what Soros invests spends in politics.

I wish he’d save his money. He’d be a terrible president. He’s too liberal. All he’ll manage to do is knock conservatives out of the race.

“Much more than that. That’s one of the nice things. I mean, part of the beauty of me is that I’m very rich. So if I need $600 million, I could put up $600 million myself. That’s a huge advantage.”

I, for one, seriously doubt that he has that much to spare.

All he’ll manage to do is knock conservatives out of the race.

That's the point.

Check out some scenes from The Donald's "roast" the other night. This is not a man with any serious desire to court the conservative base.

He'll use the GOP primary as a springboard to a third party run (he's already promised as much) and split the anti-Obama vote ala Perot.

Unless this is all just a publicity stunt... which I hope to G-d it is. Otherwise, Trump only needs 10.1% to get Obama re-elected with 45% (which is his floor, basically).

Well, here comes the circus. Ought to provide a bit of entertainment before the real game begins.

He told Michael Savage he would absolutely not go 3rd party if he didn't get the Republican nomination.

I heard it with my own ears.

A debate between him and that dolt in the white hut would be interesting but I doubt I would vote for him for the nomination. He has baggage..

Agree. His heart is in the right place ...he sees what Obama and libs have done to the country, but he would be better off spending it on Sarah or another conservative. He could advise. He is just too New York for much of the country.

Donald would have to give up his lifestyle, and that would be tough for him. Also, he would have to compromise all the time, and that would even be tougher for him.

He means well, and I applaude him for his concern. He is a patriot.

Charlie Crist and Joe Liebermann both said the same thing.

Great gesture, but, you folks forget: Federal Law prohibits one person from giving more than a certain amount of money to one candidate. And, that is nowhere near $600 million, friggin’ dollars.

I like the guy. He is the only one banging the drum right now to take China on and defeat them economically. It is time this country stop kowtowing to this Commie filth.

One can dismiss The Donald, but there is precedent. Historians may recall Wendell Wilkie, who ran against FDR in 1940. I’d have to know more before I could decide on Trump.
