Sorry, but that extensive article has NOTHING in it about how the US preserves mineral rights from the Ruskies and the Chinese if we do not join the LOST.
Gov Palin brought up a valid concern. All this "BAN LOST! IT'S BAD! NO CONSERVATIVE COULD EVER SUPPORT IT" posturing does nothing to address the concern. Not saying you are saying that, but others are, and they'll use this article to beat up Palin supporters some more.
