Pelosi is in Italy. I have lived two years in Italy and seen their hospitals firsthand. So if you are sick in Italy, the worst place to be is in one of their hospitals.

And lighten up a bit. We are entitled to a little hyperbole when dealing with Madam Pelosi, the wicked godmother of Obamacare.
