I have been in both. I think US hospitals are better in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Yes, there are problems in hospitals with picking up illnesses, but that is true generally regardless of country.

She needs to stay put right there in Italy to experience some of the type ‘healthcare’ she has foisted on this nation. May she be treated exactly in that way. If it’s something life threatening, she’s at the end of the line right? I mean something serious that needs extensive, expensive treatment would not be an option because well, she’s old and it would not be a benefit to society to treat her.

The U.S. House and U.S. Senate along with Obama and his family, are exempt from Obamacare. The bill specifically excludes Congress and the head of the Executive Office (Obama) from the provisions in Obamacare.
