American interests are at stake. Libya is well within range of Europe and the MED. Ghadaffi’s stagnant brutal dictatorship has decimated oil capital out of that country. Besides, no president wants another Rwanda on their watch. I remember conservatives lambasting President Clinton for not stepping in during the Rwanda genocide and called him a weak world leader. Anyway, I fully support taking out a dictatorship in the ME so long as the follow on is a democratic/republic government representation.
