Madison - As the deeply divided state Supreme Court wrestled over whether to force one member off criminal cases last year, Justice David Prosser exploded at Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson behind closed doors, calling her a "bitch" and threatening to "destroy" her.

GUARANTEED to be the main topic of discussion on MSNBC, CNN, NBC, CBS, and ABC for the entire week as they lament the incivility of the right.

And Shirley has been ruffling everyone’s feathers for years. It’s nothing new, but first being reported now? She is a bitch and only now is her agenda coming out
To: chessplayer
Well somebody’s got to say it..........
To: basil
Passionate, yes, but the article implies that it’s all about their own political futures, not about cases or the law.

OUR POLITICAL ENEMIES WANT PROSSER GONE. HE IS UP FOR REELECTION. IF DEMS TAKE CONTROL OF SUPREME COURT, WALKER’S AGENDA IS DEAD.
To: chessplayer
I read in one of the comments of the article this happened in 2010 and now they are bringing it up. How convenient.

Justice Prosser is a very mild-mannered gentleman. He would never say anything of this sort unless provoked beyond reason. Shirley is the ultimate bully. She has this public sweet persona, but she is mean and nasty behind closed doors...well-documented by both sides of the political spectrum. Her husband didn't live away from her for fourteen years just because he was doing research.

It sounds like the rat judges were setting Prosser up the bomb.

Did you happen to see Scott Walker’s inauguration? She slipped some snide comment into the proceedings. I haven’t been able to find anything online, but I do remember it. I just can’t remember what it was exactly.

I will be helping my 90 year old Mother complete her absentee ballot today...I can assure you this won’t change her vote.

This is the start of the Left hitting on Prosser to male the public vote against him in the April elections and thereby ensuring that ALL Walker’s and the GOP House and Senate bills will be thrown out by the newly minted Dem dominated WI Supreme Court. A very big union win.

"Prosser said
he'd helped Abrahamson and Bradley in past campaigns but believed they were trying to get him off the court in the upcoming election..."
Therein lies the problem: you crawl into bed with snakes, expect to get bitten. Prosser has been the useful tool. Probably didn't realize it in his attempt to be 'civil' but these people should be destroyed(politically speaking), not helped in any way. jmho
To: Outlaw Woman
Justice Prosser is an extremely nice man. He tries to bring civility to the court. Not everyone lives in such a pristine world where they can treat people exactly the way they would like ....even Justice Abrahamson exhibits civility in public. Justice Bradley is not-so-affectionately called “mini me” because she is the little parrot of Justice Abrahamson. Justice Abrahamson has not been able to keep law clerks even when they are her political ideologues because of her temperament. Let me repeat, she is the ultimate bully.

She sounds like a real piece of work according to the article. I have no doubt that Justice Prosser is “an extremely nice man”. Conservatives (true conservatives)are generally very decent to others but that is the problem now. We're use to operating in the realm of civility; even with people whom we disagree but that needs to stop A.S.A.P.
Guerrilla tactics need to be employed; these militant maniacs have one thing in mind: to enslave ALL of us and steal our money/assets and destroy our society.
To: chessplayer
For decades, WI has been a Lib La-La Land. That’s over now and the Libs are insane with rage over the change in politics.
To: chessplayer
Gasp! He sworeded. I guess that makes him unfit.
The left really needs to update their playbook.
