Bush made the mistake of not taxing Iraq of its oil. If we would have been taking Iraq’s oil all this time we would not be in the position we are in today.

Bankers run America and they say there is a lot of money to be made fighting wars. They will loan money to both sides because they know they can make the winner pay all the costs and give them a healthy profit.
