If we are on the “good” side now by supporting the more radical islamic tribes that have been supressed in Libya then the good side in Iran is the Mullahs and the current government in Iran.
They are different parts or areas comprising the exact same thing that shares the exact same goal.
There is no right side in the Libyan civil war. It is a civil war between two violent radical factions that the US should take no part in settling.
