RC, every country has a dossier on Hussein, it is standard procedure. There was a flap a while back because Canada refused to release their dossier, too damaging.
If Canada's dossier is too damaging, can you imagine what the Israeli's have on him? If they wanted to help Sarah, Bibi could simply give her a copy. No need for opposition research.

There are altogether too many hidden things needing the lid blown off of in the country today, corruption is seeping in from all sides and seemingly all quarters. We need all the help we can get, imho.
