I heard an interesting argument that Europe is able to invest a much higher percent of it’s GDP in social programs because we are their military back-up. We need to pressure them into carrying more of their own military burden, foot dragging helps promote this outcome. Obama is now speaking from Brazil announcing our launch of Tomahawk Missiles. He repeats we have no plans to put in ground troops. It was smart to get a unanimous vote from the Arab league.
There are 30 surface to air missile sites to take out, near Tripoli and Misrata and others. Will not take out sites near Benghazi. Saw elsewhere that Italy was now flying in addition to the French. Stationary sites will be easy to take out, the mobile ones will be the problem. Now Q’s govt. is begging UN to come and fact check. Divide and stir things up.

All I can do now is support our Military. I pray for their (our Military’s) victory. zer0 and his minions can eat ____ .... well being who I am I will not type that, yet that is what I am thinking. Dang another front, and iran’s mullahs dance (joyfully) in the streets.

The news is plastered with everything regarding Libya. It has been common knowledge that Europe keeps it military verse gross national product ratio low.
You heard right regarding European nations ratio between GDP and military spending.
