He's a laughing stock.

But then, I'll never say never. Maybe all the swing voters will cast their ballots for him..."Ah man, Trump is running? Far out! It'd be hilarious to vote for him!"

At least he had the guts to be honest when asked if Obama was born in the US.

I would add outside the clearly questionable short form birth cert there exists NO OTHER EVIDENCE THE MAN WAS BORN HERE OR EVER GREW UP HERE. I think this is an open secret in Washington. Why no one is willing to speak up I simply can't explain. I doubt trump is serious and I hope he is not but he has done us all a favor by stating the obvious about Obamas' past.

I’ve never particularly liked Trump, but he clearly loves his country and he has experience dealing with other countries, albeit it in business. While he is not my choice for president, I would vote for him if he won the Republican nomination. I agree that that is not likely to happen, but he is not an incompetent man. And he is NOT a joke; Obama is, except that what he is doing to our country is no laughing matter.

McCain was a war hero and all that and I respect that immensely. I was gobsmacked when McCain started winning primaries.

He's a laughing stock.

Yes, he is. I would not vote for him in a primary but head to head with Obama, I would vote for the lesser laughing stock and I cannot say that about another potential "R" candidate (Romney).
