I think that’s the most important point. It’s simply a loser of an issue, and serves no purpose but as a distraction. He’s never going to show a BC, most simply because he doesn’t have to.
Even if he presented a BC now, the birthers wouldn’t believe it anyway, and it’s doing him a lot more good to let them spin off into the fringe and get ever more strident and lunatic. Having the birthers out there is *good* for Obama and there’s nothing he’d want to do to stop them.
Until this wad in the WH produces his REAL birth certificate and all his other hidden background, he will NOT convince anyone that he’s an American, either by birth or his actions!
