The radioactive material (if there is any) is particles in the air...gas/face masks are the defense for airborne particles.
I signed up for EPA “RadNet” access a few days ago...readings for the CA Central Valley were normal up until last night, then “Beta Gross Count Rate (CPM)” started rising somewhat at about 11pm PDT...I get up this morning, and overnight all EPA monitoring sites south of S.F. are offline because “RadNet data is undergoing quality review.” Does not inspire confidence.
The EPA opened up “RadNet” to the public as of today. See: https://cdxnode64.epa.gov/radnet-public/showMap.do
Not exactly.
The public is too stupid to understand this stuff, so the arrogant bureaucrats have to treat us like mushrooms... feed us horse**** and keep us in the dark.
The link goes nowhere...
