Good point...time for tar and feathers, that old judge and uhbummer..
So she's not done yet. It's time for the GOP to do it again but this time make sure the Rats are locked up for at least 24 hours.
Go right to the state supreme court and don’t mess with this.
Since one can file a direct appeal from the issuance of a TRO or Preliminary injunction this just gets the issue in front of the Court of Appeals that much quicker.
The mob always has a judge or two on its payroll.
Do that and Wisconsin will be totally Democrat by next year.
Having lived in Wisconsin for 10 years before moving back to California, it’s a purple state. The GOP has been killed publicly the last month there with their actions. I support Walker entirely, went to school with him at Marquette University, but when you overreach it causes problems.
Impeaching this judge would be a HUGE overreach.
A Judge that ignored the LAW regarding special sessions.
Rule 93 says the 24 hour notice does not apply to Special Sessions.
Anarchy.
Our government has failed.
The law of the land is now brute political power - take whatever you can grab.
Compare with $7500 gov kickback for the Volt - and ONLY the Volt - to make it even possibly close to marketable. Our tax money supporting government/union owned car company.
Governor should just close the government for a few days. Declare state of emergency - sue his own government for “clarification of operating rules”. Can’t move forward until this gets cleared up - etc.
“..Ozanne argued that the state’s open-meeting laws were violated when Republican leaders moved the bill through committee last week”
100% WRONG.

“Even if the Legislature is forced to come back and take up the bill again, at least one Senate Democrat will be there. Sen. Tim Cullen said he would not leave the state again.”

Question for Wisconsin legal eagles. Wouldn’t a county judges’ ruling only be valid in that county?
If the law isn't published and doesn't go into effect doesn't that mean that lay offs will still take effect. If they can't get another judge to enjoin the lay offs the spit will really hit the fan.
Note: Its true Mexifornia is entirely another case study.. Oregon and Washington State are just weird..
We no longer have constitutional rule of law, when one side prevails, AGAINST current law. And the Pres_ent IGNORES those same laws.
This is tyranny.
Corporations + government = FASCISM
What a travesty and a joke.
As an Illinois resident, I want to thank America’s Dairyland for taking the Stupid State title away from us.
Sumi obviously valued the support of the unions and Dems more than the black mark of having an appeal against her.
Screw them all...Matistan is proving to indeed be 25 square miles surrounded by reality...
