WASHINGTON - The American unit of French catering giant Sodexo SA on Thursday filed a civil racketeering lawsuit accusing the Service Employees International Union of engaging in illegal tactics in its efforts to unionize workers. The company levied numerous charges accusing the union of threats concerning employees and company property, engaging in illegal tactics to steer business away from Sodexo and attempting to publicly tarnish its reputation. The lawsuit is the latest twist in a fight over a bid by SEIU to represent some of the 80,000 of Sodexo's hourly employees who are not union members

They should have filed in a French court or that goofy “world court”. The “judges” in this country all belong to the other side. They won’t allow anything bad to happen to the SEIU.

I’m surprised Reuters didn’t headline it “RICO” which most people don’t know instead of spelling it out, or even just “Sodexo sues union”
I’m with you.
I know, kind of a stupid thing to get riled up about, but it shows that Sodexo isn't above the stupid little games that the unions play. They can all rot in hell for all I care.
