It will be interesting to see what will happen if Daffy sinks French ship in Libya’s territorial waters. France will not be able to invoke Charter 5 > ship sunk in North African waters, outside of Europe or North America.
France can not invoke charter 5 anyway (It does not work when YOU are the attacker) nor can they use the EU defence agreement (to drag all the EU countries into this war) because again it does not work when you are the attacker.
