I've been trying to find out just how much of the money that is given to the Red Cross is going to the cause and what percentage is drained off for the salaries of the money sucking administration.

A Red Cross spokeslady on Bill O'Reilly's show last night claimed that only 9 cents of every dollar goes to administration.

I find this hard to believe, but that's just me. I'd like to see that audited.

Define Administration! Is that the CEO, the Assistant, and maybe the CFO, and their HQ office and autos, and perks?

Or is that everyone who is not directly giving field care?
