You are correct thanks for correcting me, I dont consider that being a pill but help for accuracy...(I'll plead tiredness on my part for my error)

Refugees undergo an investigation and will be asked where they came from, why and where their immediate family is, etc. If Obama feared persecution in Indonesia, its reasonable to believe so did his family. If Obama was not an American Citizen his mother (as a USC) could simply move back to the US and sponsor Obama as her son and immediate relative for permanent residency. (unless there is no record of him being her son)

Refugee from Wikipedia:

According to international refugee law, a refugee is someone who seeks refuge in a foreign country because of war and violence, or out of fear of persecution.-— The United States recognizes persecution “on account of race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group” as grounds for seeking asylum.-—[42] Until a request for refuge has been accepted, the person is referred to as an asylum seeker. Only after the recognition of the asylum seeker's protection needs, he or she is officially referred to as a refugee and enjoys refugee status, which carries certain rights and obligations according to the legislation of the receiving country.

Sven keeps repeating his theory as fact but will not answer my (and others)questions concerning Obama obtaining refugee status and which court did he later naturalize in (public record).

An aside but interesting fact, Immigration laws change over the years, one example is previously homosexuals(mental defectives) were not allowed to immigrate to the US. And later (1979) the law was pretty much ignored and then in 1990 taken off the books.(spear-headed by Barney Frank)- I point our the exclusion for homosexuals over time merely to short stop any attempt to theorize Obama was granted refugee status as a homosexual and that he would have been persecuted in a Muslim country.(which can be done at the present)
