Re-read the article. Wood had the SSN issued just before the Zer0’s. Wood had 4424 and Zer0 has 4425. Wood is only brought up because he’s from CT, to highlight the discrepancy.

Woods who held the number immediately before Obama's, number. Thomas Wood, died at age 19, which is why his information is available.

Wood's Social Security number was issued sometime between March and May of 1977.

This is significant information because it helps estimate when Obama obtained the next number.
