I agree - it is WAY over the line............plus a saliva swab will also contain DNA which can be saved
I honestly wouldn’t have ever expected a nanny state out of Sheriff Joe. I can see a no smoking on the job policy, but a ban on smoking at home, or chewing terbaccy or the new fangled e-cigarettes anywhere? That’s over the top. And I don’t partake in tobacco.
