Surging radiation levels temporarily halted work to cool the troubled reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, raising worries that officials are running out of options to stabilize the escalating catastrophe.
"We're very close now to the point of no return," Dr. Michio Kaku, a theoretical physicist, said. "It's gotten worse. We're talking about workers coming into the reactor perhaps as a suicide mission and we may have to abandon ship."

Methinks ALL Muslim Imams should go to the site immediately and pray to Allah to save the reactors. Should Ammah deem their prayers correct, it will be done. If not, the Imams will die of radiation poisoning.

The information is so fragmented and contradictory as to be all but useless.
One must wonder if the nuclear plant workers know the risk, and are still willing to battle on to prevent more harm to their families and countrymen.
If so, they are indeed “true heroes”.

I’m guessing they’ll have to bury it in concrete like they did with Chernobyl. Fortunately these reactors aren’t as dirty as Chernobyl and weren’t hidden from the world for weeks.
