But if BHO used the number for a deceased person, then how come that person doesn’t show up in the SS Death Index? That is, Dunham may have been aware of an “eligible” number to be used for fraud, but she wouldn’t have had the power to literally wipe out that deceased person’s record.
I’m not claiming BHO’s 042 SSN is legit. I’m just wondering how it could be the number of an already dead person, since I don’t see why that individual wouldn’t show up in the SSDI database.
he has used a few ssnos, so there is no telling which ssno he could have used earlier in his life.
of course, if ANYONE could find a job he supposedly worked, then we could find a ssno. then again, i doubt he ever had a job.
