Peshawar 16 March 2011, security forces keep in custody more then three thousand people in swat and most of them are illegally detain, said the correspondent of human right watch association Ali Hasan Dayan in interview with media man. He said that during swat operation Pakistan army didn’t follow the rule of law and they detain innocent people in operation from different parts of swat. so in current situation a lot people missing in swat area . The relative of these missing people are tried to locate their beloved. He said that during operation the human right deferment is illegally and Pakistan army and Taliban follow the Geneva Convention rule even in war time. On the statement of Human Right watch association the Law minister of Khyber Pukhtoon khawa ArshaD Abdullah says that more then 650 cases are registered against Terrorist in swat and currently 45 people who are involved in terror activities are release through courts. Asking about courts the Minister of Law KPK says that we will give special permission to additional session judges in swat to tackle the terrorist cases. He says that we want some changes in law, so we send our suggestion to federal government and with in three months situation will be clears.
