What is suspicious? The owners of those luxury condos will pay much higher taxes.

Remember the part of the Constitution that grants you rights to property unless somebody else will pay higher taxes than you? Neither do I

I suppose, in theory, the owners of the condos could pay much higher taxes but think of the view. The largest private employer is WalMart. 53% of the population is Mexican origin.

I think they are out of their minds imagining they can get people who can afford them to move into luxury highrise condos.
