Well has not a lower court decided already? When did Obama get the idea in his head to tell the Surpremes what to do in regards to possible court cases?
Correct me if I am wrong; is there not a “Separation of Powers” in our U.S. Constitution? This guy is hell bent on stripping our constitution into threads.

LOL
Smart strategy. Now if the Supreme Court goes along...
Hitler's "Final Solution"?
Nah, Obama would never have the guts to blow his head off...
And here's the same old "standing" crap dished out once again.
email to me:
The liberal media don’t want you to know about the major story that may doom ObamaCare when it gets to the United States Supreme Court.
Justice Elena Kagan was a top lawyer for the Obama Administration during the debate over and passage of ObamaCare, and now the liberal media are helping this administration hide the fact that any work on this bill should preclude her from ruling on any Supreme Court case involving it.
http://www.mrcaction.org/567/petition.asp?Ref_ID=5060.
The 1966 Freedom of Information Act guarantees Americans that their government cannot hide their actions from the people in matters that do not concern national security. Under this law, the Media Research Center filed a request for records from meetings Elena Kagan attended where ObamaCare was discussed; almost a year later those records have not been released.
This rogue administration is doing everything that they can to hide the facts from the people, including ignoring federal law. We’re not going to let them get away with it!
CNSNews.com exists to chase down the stories the liberal media are ignoring or hiding. We wanted to pass along this short video from CNSNews.com’s editor-in-chief, Terry Jeffrey; he explains why Elena Kagan could be barred by law from voting on the Constitutionality of ObamaCare. Terry also explains why CNSNews.com has spent the last several months in Federal court fighting a coverup by this administration and how the liberal media are helping to hide damning facts from the public.
Please enjoy Terry’s video, and pass it along to your friends. Please ask them to sign MRC’s petition demanding the media end their shameful alliance with this administration and start to practice the type of real journalism that Terry and his team do, each day at CNSNews.com.

With the hard work of real journalists like those at CNSNews.com, and the grassroots activists of the MRC Action team, we can stop the radicals in the liberal media and this administration from imposing their socialist vision on our country.
nobama and his thugs are stalling this for as long as they can. And spending the $105,000,000,000 as fast as they can.
IMHO, SCOTUS will lay the Smack Down on POTUS.
Then is will get really interesting. Might be the breaking point.
Using “Elena Kagan” and “top lawyer” in the same sentence makes me ILL.
And sadly, I do not trust our USSC, after seeing their ruling on obamma's eligibility.
The Supreme Court should tell them to go to hell, but they won’t.
So I would urge my Republican colleagues, no matter how strongly they feel -- you know, we have three branches of government. We have a House. We have a Senate. We have a president. And all three of us are going to have to come together and give some, but it is playing with fire to risk the shutting down of the government, just as it is playing with fire to risk not paying the debt ceiling.
Clever remarks just are not appropriate. When the stupidity is that pure, that complete, that blind, there is nothing that can be added.
However, I can refer folks to one of my previous posts.
Please give the last sentence careful thought...
.
More like, “Il douche”!!
A new low from this fecal hole. I thought I really couldn’t despise someone more than Clinton, but Obama makes it easy.
Or WHAT, Moron-in-Chief!
I wonder how that is going to go over.
Most people do not react well with being told what to do.
