My first car when I turned 16 was the old family station wagon that had a 454 engine. It had the worst gas mileage of anything I have ever driven and even it probably pushed 15mpg average driving normally.
If you stood on the gas pedal though, you could actually hear money being deposited into banks in OPEC countries.

” And in our midst, the many millions who put him there. “
They’re still in our midst - before long, I fully expect to hear my Liberal O-bot neighbors echoing the claim that only Prius-class vehicles get more than 8-10mpg....

Guess he thinks the hoi polloi are still tooling around in Bulgemobiles.

HE is a traitor or worse (if there IS anything worse) and THEY are accomplices to treason.

Yes, the subsequent owner of the Chrysler made a killing when he sold the car on eBay. Got over $200K for it, I believe.
Bet he couldn't get half that amount now, but as is so often true - timing is everything.

They must have used obsolete or worn-out transistors in his brain when they put him together in Dr. Frankensteins laboratory. No, Obama's brain is wired with flip-flops. And a few NOR gates.
His idle stone has gathered CMOS. :-)

Every statement O makes is proof positive of just HOW disconnected he always was, is and continues to be from Americans and American life. Depend on it, the American national character is an unknown and an alien concept to O.
Testify. This guy grew up in a bubble of American-hating leftism, was raised outside the country for his formative years, and has been protected for decades by his race and powerful/secretive backers. Absolutely frightening how clueless he is about real life and how disconnected he is from the average American.

Have Obamadolph explain why when cars were getting half of today’s mpg’s, it was still cheaper to get where you were going . . .

I doubt the man even knows that Oldsmobiles aren’t made anymore, and he owns GM!

Everything about “O”, his background, character, associations, experience, education, etc. ...EVERYTHING... is inauthentic!!
I would NOT buy a car from an individual SO entirely phony
I would NOT see a doctor with SUCH bogus credentials
I would NOT work for someone with SUCH hateful and offensive objectives
I would NOT associate with anyone proudly claiming criminals, traitors and worse as long-standing and intimate friends
Yet
HERE I am with exactly this kind of perfect SOB for a President!!!
The situation now, is intolerable. If O is a domestic train wreck, the status of the US globally is just as bad.
Our enemies NEVER respected us
but always feared being our enemies. I understand THAT. However, with O in the WH, our enemies not only DO NOT respect us but they no longer fear being our enemies.
How long will it take for the US to recover from this? How soon can we begin to recover? Will our recovery be complete?
I hope I live long enough to see the O Presidency totally invalidated for the great fraud on the public that it has been.

Supposedly, King Barry drove a Chrysler 300 and then traded it for a more politically correct Escape Hybrid when he got in the race for the pres__ency. The largest engine in the 300 series, the 425 horsepower 6.1, gets 14 in the city and 20 on the highway.

“You may want to buy a fuel-efficient car,” quoth Obama, “but you may not be able to afford it.” - He must be talking about the $45000 Chevy Volt!

*I heard him say 8-10 mpg and laughed to myself. Yeah, back in the early 80s we drove a used Oldsmobile V-8 that got mileage near that. You could sit at a light and watch the fuel indicator tick down. And then there was that used Cadillac I drove in college in the 70s...but other than those two cars, I cant remember a car getting that low mileage. Obviously hes not in touch with car mileage.
*
He doesn't understand life.
He's not in touch with the average American in any way.
My first car was an old Oldsmobile that only got about 7 miles to the gallon until my uncle tuned it up and I got about 11 or 12. It was an 8 cylinder 400+ (432?) engine and impressed my drag-racing dad at how fast it could get to 90mph.
Every car since has probably gotten at least 15mph around town and some over 20.
It's been a long time since cars only got 10mph!

“My 1969 Mercury Marquis (429 c.i.d.) used to get me 15 mpg on the highway. I could drive from Tampa to Tallahassee (~ 330 miles) on one 20 gal. tank with a bit to spare.”
I had a 69 Pontiac 454 that got 12mph at best.
Now I drive a ‘10 prius with all the goodies. 11 gal tank. It has radar cruise control and averages 50mpg. on a 300 mile round trip I make every week. That’s an average I can live with...... Also, uses the cheapest gas you can find.

I have an ‘05 Mercury that gets me 26/32, so I’m happy. I miss the old war wagon, but with gas where it’s at, no way would I be driving it much.
