Here’s what I can find. Germany is shutting down their working reactors and won’t be building any more.

German Environment Minister Norbert Roettgen said Monday that the government’s decision to impose a three-month moratorium on the extension of the operating lives of nuclear power plants is a “first adequate response” to the nuclear crisis in Japan.

The 840-megawatt reactor Neckarwestheim 1 operated by German utility EnBW Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg AG (EBK.XE) is the only power plant that will have to be shut down due to the moratorium, Roettgen said.
