Don’t you all remember in Louisianna everybody was looting, even law enforcement had a hand in it. The animals were raping and pillaging to streets; remember the famous picture of the black guy walking through the water with stolen beer with a huge grin on his face?
It’s about the propensity of one’s DNA notwithstanding the fact that all “cultures” have proven their unique abilities to commit the greatest of atrocities.

well to be fair, there isnt a helluva lot left to loot.its not like the local store is just closed...its now 20km inland mixed in with the contents of a car factory and the local fishing boats..the issue of looting will happen if they dont start to get food, medical supplies and i sure hope it doesnt come to that.

This is easy - Some cultures are inferior to other cultures. Sadly, the “American” culture has been in decline since 1960 or so. Also, with unfettered immigration, we have become a country (as another poster pointed out) without a unified purpose. Everyone has his own ideals

The Japanese are an industrious people, ie, Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Let’s not forget, the Japanese do not have an invasion of third world losers tugging at their economy.
It’s true but politically incorrect to note that looters are generally of a particular group. We had looters after Katrina, but only in very specific areas. I’ll give you three guess as to where those areas were.
When I see what happened after Katrina and compare that to whats going on in Japan now, I would say the people have Japan are doing something right when it comes to bringing up there kids.
