My wife and I were talking about this today. I was commenting on how orderly and efficient the Japanese were in this time of disorder and grief. They weren’t on camera bitching and whining about how they weren’t getting what they deserved.
The flooding in Nashville TN was a major disaster and all you saw was people helping people. They were not waiting for the government to do anything either.
