Personally I'd love to see casino gambling come to TX, I'd much rather see our money stay in TX than go across the border to New Mexico, Oklahoma and Louisiana. I'll make at least 2 trip's to Vegas every year and several to Ruidoso NM. and I'm not alone.

Went across the border to LA casino yesterday (just to eat), and just for s's and giggles I counted the # of TX vehicles on about 3 aisles before I could park. 92 out of 120 cars were from Texas.
I used to be against having casinos in our state, but considering these hard times, these are tax dollars that could be better applied to our own state.

On our last drive to Austin, my wife and I stopped at the Win-Star Casio in Oklahoma about 75 minutes north of Dallas on I-35. I was surprised to see a Vegas sized casino in this area. Extremely nice place and good food. Operated by the Chickasaw Tribe
