...plus the case worker on the other end took interest in why custom bakery items were allowed in the first place. They are looking into it and the "customer" left without the refund and if the lady had any common sense, should be pretty nervous about her ongoing "benefits".

That gives me a tiny bit of hope at least...

Me too, however a strongly worded letter will probably be issued ..... to the case worker and my wife.

I'm still proud of both of their efforts!
