I don't recall where Volcker got his degrees, but Greenspan got his Ph.D. from NYU. And remember: Volker was the first economist to lead Federal Reserve.
What are you talking about? What does education have to do with the fact that for the past century the American population has become increasingly enamored with the idea of "the world without boundaries?" It's happening, but whether any particular person was graduated by the Ivy League or another institution is not relevant at all.
