Really? You don’t have the right to exchange your labor for pay?

If you can find a right to a job in the Constitution, be my guest.

Do all of the unemployed have the right to exchange their labor for pay? Why is not one compelled to hire them? If a company doesnt hire someone, are they depriving that person of their rights?

In the Declaration, the right to pursuit of happiness is declared as a Natural Right, given by the creator. Happiness (a job) is not a Natural Right, only the pursuit is.

So no, I dont have a right to work. I can be fired tomorrow. I am able to exchange my labor for pay because someone who owns a company needs someone with my skillset to perform the job.
