Even if not a cop...if the police (or fire department) is involved in this crap, they have to brought up on charges. It’s basically a breakdown of society if they openly choose favorites.

I agree 100%. Extortion is extortion no matter if it's Al Capone, a cop or a lawyer/lobbyist doing it.
