Here in NJ years ago we had a truck driver killed because a female state trooper in PA was disarmed by 2 thugs who then stole & crashed her cruiser; the trucker stopped thinking he was helping a policeman in an accident, was carjacked and driven to Newark, where he was killed. No action was taken against the officer, and the truck driver is six feet under.
