How much have sea levels actually increased in the past 30 year?

It couldn't have been more than an inch or two.

That is a fairly short very readable article by one of the world's top researchers on sea level. Here is a summary of his conclusions that I posted a few days ago along with some graphs to illustrate his findings in an historical perspective.
