Indiana State Police are investigating the reported battery of a state worker Thursday during the large union rally outside the Statehouse.
First Sgt. Dave Bursten says a 33-year-old employee of the Indiana Department of Child Services told Capitol Police she was taking a smoking break around 12:15 p.m. at the west end of the Indiana Government Center South building when she was approached by three white men.
The men reportedly asked to use her electronic pass to enter the building, but she declined.
When she pointed them toward a public entrance, they allegedly pushed her. The incident caused her to fall backwards and strike her head on the ground.

There is going to be a video. I will let it rest there, and she will not be charged with filing a false report.
People today think when you talk to them you are yelling or something.
We used to call these things human interaction.

The incident caused her to fall backwards and strike her head on the ground. Bursten says the three men then left the area without getting into the building and blended back into the crowd of thousands of people at the rally. The three suspects were reportedly wearing lime-green hooded sweatshirts and orange hats. Two were also wearing Carhartt work apparel and denim overalls. You are asked to call Indiana State Capitol Police at 317-232-3142 with information about the case" "Three white men?" It took 3 Rush-listening Carhartt-wearing skinhead Tea Party evangelical WHITE MEN to push one female state worker down to the point she got a boo-boo on her head?
Calling BS on this one. I'm betting she either tripped over her big fat booty and fell or else whatever she was smoking wasn't Marlboros.
